how many times do these people need to be told that illinois doesn't uphold non-competes? it's illegal here. yet these companies continue to play scare tactics and use the non-competes as leverage. it's time someone takes a stand...

: Hearing the snag with Sam Sylk and Power 92 is bigger than we thought. The holdup is a Radio One contract non compete clause that extended beyond just his present Cleveland station. The folks at Power are in a real jam now. They've let go of Donnie DeVoe and whoever is filling in right now sounds like a child playing radio--he's terrible! I can see Rosenthal now; POWER 92 LOSES SYLK AGAIN!
