SOVEREIGN CITY RADIO SERVICES, LLC is transferring the license of Silent WZRK-A/LAKE GENEVA, WI to GS RADIO OF ILLINOIS, LLC, a 50/50 partnership with GRUNDY COUNTY BROADCASTERS, in a deal that enables the station to move closer to CHICAGO and then be sold. WZRK's move requires moving or shutting down GRUNDY's AC-Full Service WCSJ-A/MORRIS, IL, which is also being contributed to the new GS RADIO entity, and the ultimate deal to allow WZRK's move gives GRUNDY an interest in WZRK, which will be resold after the changes are approved by the FCC.
