Elroy Smith promoted again at Radio One

Elroy Smith, the former Clear Channel Chicago Operations Director & PD at WGCI-FM and WVAZ-FM, and who has been the Operations Manager for Radio One's Philadelphia cluster, will now be adding a new title: Gospel Operations Manager for all of Radio One, overseeing all of the company's Gospel/Inspirational stations.
