Davlantes contract in question

Anna Davlantes is in delicate contract talks with NBC-owned WMAQ-Channel 5. A Channel 5 spokeswoman first confirmed Davlantes' exit, but then shortly after called to say contract talks with the weekend newscast co-anchor were ongoing. Davlantes was offered a contract renewal, the Channel 5 spokeswoman said. Davlantes could not be immediately reached for comment.
