Former CLEAR CHANNEL Urban WGCI and Black Gospel WGRB/CHICAGO promotions director LARRY HOWARD has segued to the RADIO ONE Urban cluster in PHILADELPHIA. The cluster includes Top 40/Rhythmic WPHI, Urban AC WRNB and Black Gospel WPPZ, for similar duties. He will be reunited with RADIO ONE OM ELROY SMITH, who recently joined the company in PHILADELPHIA. SMITH was formerly OM of WGCI and WVAZ/CHICAGO.
