Big surprise that Todd was "on vacation" (probably at his Montana ranch again). This guy is never there to manage his staff, help with problems, and CBS wonders why B96 is in such constant turmoil not just in ratings, but in the halls.

And - Eddie, Jobo, Erica couldn't meet with their APD? How about the OM? GM? HR? No one stepped in to help calm all the parties involved?
