The other day, I had an online chat with Sam Sylk, hoping to find out just when the legal hassles will be over and he can start working at Power 92. He is really looking forward to coming back to Chicago radio. When I pressed for a date, all he could say was "Soon. REAL soon." In the meantime, he is keeping busy working on his first CD. More details about that will be coming out in the next month. Lastly, he will be holding a party called "Sam Sylk's Middle School Jam," which will also be his Goodbye Party for his many fans in Cleveland. This will take place on September 6th at Cleveland's House of Blues.
