Crawford Broadcasting has pushed back the date for relaunching rhythmic adult-contemporary WSRB-FM (106.3) by three more weeks -- to Sept. 21. That's one day after the start of Arbitron's fall ratings survey.
"Soul 106.3" has been vamping since Crawford dropped Steve Harvey's syndicated morning show, which subsequently landed on Clear Channel Radio's urban contemporary WGCI-FM (107.5).
