Clear Channel's WLIT-FM 93.9 announced Wednesday that it had hired three former local radio personalities from other stations to host its morning drive-time show, beginning Sept. 2.
The program, "Valentine in the Morning," will bring together Valentine, former morning show host of 103.5KISSFM in Chicago; Karen Williams, former co-host of the "The Ramsey Lewis Morning Show" on WNUA 95 and Irma Blanco, former sidekick on "Mancow's Morning Madhouse" on Chicago's WRCX 103.5.
The trio, which will be on air from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday through Friday, replace Melissa Forman, who was let go as the station's morning personality earlier this month.
