Anyone have any clue what this is? It is on WCIU-DT 26.5. Blue screen with "Coming Soon" rolling in the background as a Marquee.

They have "This" which is their movie channel. So what will be "That"?

I say that Weigel has taken full advantage of their HD opportunities. The network affiliates should take notes.
