Channel 44 is already occupied by low-power digital WCHU-LD Rochelle, Illinois/Chicago, which went on the air a couple of weeks ago transmitting from John Hancock Center.

The channel displays on Channel 61-1 and 61-2, but the actual channel is 44.

61-1 airs Spanish-language network 'Azteca America'. 61-2 is a simulcast of sister-station analog Channel 6 WLFM-LP, which has video with pictures of downtown Chicago scenery and L tracks, and audio of Smooth Jazz music.

For some unknown reason, several converter boxes can receive a picture but no audio on 61-1 and 61-2. While other boxes do not have any problem with the audio.
