Chicago Tribune Media Group Names General Manager of RedEye and Metromix

CHICAGO, Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicago Tribune Media Group announced today that Kurt Mueller has been named General Manager of RedEye and Metromix.

Mueller assumes RedEye GM duties from Brad Moore, Vice President of Targeted Media, who oversees all of the company's targeted media properties. "Kurt has been a big part of RedEye's success and we are fortunate to have his leadership and creativity in this role," said Moore. "Aligning our RedEye and Metromix brands will allow us to serve our customers more effectively."

Mueller joined the company in 2000, and has delivered results in a number of leadership roles, most recently serving as Senior Director of Business Development for Tribune Interactive. He has also led many initiatives for RedEye, namely the launch of its weekend edition in 2007.
