Radio One taking a page from Clear Channel is keeping Sam off the air for an indefinite period of time. Though he's off his Cleveland station there is a clause in his contract that Radio One is holding up the Crawford group and wants money to free up Sam. Sam's Cleveland station fired their PD and GM who let Sam get away, and Radio One is not playing nice with Sam or Crawford! Isn't radio fun?
: still no sam sylk in afternoons? should not have fired donnie devoe the freakin puerto rican without having a solid plan in place first. obviously they thought sam sylk would be the new guy but they failed to solidify that deal before taking the steps to get rid of donnie first. really stupid.
