New Director of Sales named at Clear Channel Chicago

CC/Chicago Names Matt Scarano Director of Sales

Clear Channel/Chicago elevates Sales Manager Matt Scarano to Director of Sales for the six-station cluster there, effective immediately. Most recently, Scarano served as General Sales Manager for Citadel's WKHX-FM and WYAY-FM in Atlanta. His 17-year sales resume includes stops at several Atlanta radio stations, including LSM at WKHX-FM, WYAY-FM and WDWD-AM.

"Matt's strong sales background and passion for driving revenue made him a natural choice for our organization," said President/Market Manager Earl Jones. "He'll make an excellent addition to our team."

"I'm very excited to join the sales management team at Clear Channel Radio Chicago," added Scarano. "My 17-years of solid sales experience has served as an excellent training ground, and I'm thrilled to be furthering my career in Chicago."

Scarano replaces Ken Denton, who moves to General Sales Manager of 107.5 WGCI-FM, WKSC-FM and WNUA-FM (Mega 95.5).
