Jim Rose, sports anchor at Channel 7, and Roe Conn, afternoon personality at Citadel Broadcasting news/talk WLS-AM (890), will emcee Chicago's Memorial Day Parade on State Street May 24. Grand marshal will be Gen. George W. Casey Jr., U.S. Army chief of staff.
