This really is sad. This guy really, really tried, embracing all the "new media" that everyone is so agog over at the moment, yet it still couldn't save him. His on-air work was fine...major market caliber as it should be. He is also a nice guy. I don't work with him, but I have met him. It just plain sucks when a good guy, who does a good job and plays by the rules, still gets canned. I know, I know, life ain't fair. Neither is radio.
