OK, moving on.. Just a heads-up that even though it has been open for almost two months, the Illinois Center for Broadcasting has announced a date for its Grand Opening celebration.

The ribbon-cutting and party will be held from 11:00am-2:00pm on Thursday, October 22nd at the new 15,000-square-foot building (455 Eisenhower Lane S., Suite 200, Lombard, IL).

There will be numerous guests from Chicago radio & TV in attendance, including many past ICB graduates. Already confirmed to be at the Grand Opening is Fox Chicago anchor David Novarro and WLS late morning hosts, Mancow & Pat Cassidy.
