Radio host Roxanne Steele is back on the air in Chicago. On Tuesday, she starts hosting afternoon drive at adult contemporary WCFS-FM (105.9) from 3 to 8 p.m. Steele previously spent 12 years on air in afternoon drive at Top 40-formatted WBBM-FM (96.3), where her contract was not renewed in the spring of 2008. Both stations are CBS Radio outlets. At WBBM, Steele became the first woman ever to host afternoon drive, and she garnered several awards, including best local station personality at the Illinois Silver Dome Awards in 2002.
