WBEZ and WCPT go green

WBEZ-FM (91.5) will broadcast live this weekend from Chicago's Green Festival at Navy Pier (which shouldn't be too hard since the Chicago Public Radio station is based at Navy Pier).

Allison Cuddy will host a one-hour special at noon Saturday featuring a panel of experts on Chicago's local green economy and an audience of listeners.

Also appearing at the Green Festival will be syndicated talk show host Thom Hartmann.

Hartmann will broadcast his national evening show Friday from the studios of Newsweb Corp. progressive talk WCPT-AM (820) at 6012 S. Pulaski.
