Weigel drops music on Channel 23-3 and all 'THAT?' promo channels

I noticed that some channels are now missing from the air on stations owned by Weigel Broadcasting.

Gone is the automated oldies/adult contemporary music which was airing on Channel 23-3 with a promo for 'THAT?' shown on the screen. When this originally started several months ago, the name was called 'U and Me FM' but that name only lasted a couple of days.

Also gone are the no-audio/silent promo screens on Channels 23-4, 23-5, 23-6, 23-7, 23-8, and 26-5 which said 'Coming Soon, What's up with THAT?'.

I wonder what this means. Is actual 'THAT' programming going to start soon? Or has Weigel cancelled plans for the new channel?
