Comcast SportsNet Chicago unveils a new ad campaign from Jacobson Rost/Chicago tonight during Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks telecasts.

New TV commercials spotlight the cable sports channel's on-air talent and show several of them going to extraordinarily amusing lengths -- "24/7" -- to allow fans to enjoy watching their favorite local pro sports teams on CSNC or in person.

The new campaign theme line is "Super Friends," and the work represents an evolution of the "Fan's Best Friend" ad effort that was first introduced in 2007, and featured CSNC bulldog mascot Deep Dish.

One of the new TV spots shows "SportsNite" co-anchor Gail Fischer using her magic touch to allow a CSNC night security guard to watch a Chicago Bulls game instead of a dreary security video.

Another has CSNC "SportsNite" reporter Chuck Garfien working overtime to significantly (and we do mean "significantly"!) expand bathroom capacity at a home where a number of Chicago Blackhawks fans are watching a game.

In another, "SportsNite" reporter Sarah Kustok is seen fearlessly tackling an office worker who is trying to delay one of his cohorts from getting to a Bulls game.
