WMVP to carry World Series games ahead of Bulls opener and also the Sunday game.

I think the LOCAL team should have the priority. Not sure I would make the same decision on this one.

From the Tribune's Chicago Breaking Sports site:

Bulls opener radio broadcast moved to WLS

The Bulls have been bumped by the World Series.

The radio broadcast of Thursday's home opener against the San Antonio Spurs has been moved from the team's flagship station, WMVP-AM 1000, to WLS-AM 890. Sunday's game against the Miami Heat can be heard on WGN-AM 720.

The two dates conflicted with ESPN radio's broadcast of the World Series.

Sunday's pre-game show begins at 7 p.m., ahead of the 7:30 tipoff.
