Urban cuts at Citadel

Last Friday, Citadel Media fired two talented people from their Urban Division: Allie Carrington from their New York offices and Anthony K. Mootry, who was here in Chicago. Anthony was the National Sales Manager for the Michael Baisden Show and had been with ABC/Citadel for two years.

As we know, Citadel Media has already announced the upcoming end to its distribution of the Doug Banks & Brian McKnight radio shows. The cutting down of its sales staff from its two remaining Urban shows is not a healthy sign.
