Now for some useless banter...

You hear them, usually live to tape (but sometimes live during Don and Roma, and again with Roe Conn)... they are your Weather Channel Forecasts meteorologists that you hear at the top of the hour, and again at the bottom of the hour on the "Big 89" WLS-AM/Chicago.

The Weather Channel Radio Network houses several meteorologists all working to sound local to hundreds of stations across the country.

Don Wade and Roma listeners are used to newsman John Demsey hand the weather duties off to Nick Wiltgen (http://www.weather.com/aboutus/radio/personnel/wiltgen.html).

Listeners of the Roe Conn Show in the afternoon are used to Mr. Jim Johnson hand the weather duties off to Mark Thibodeau (http://www.weather.com/aboutus/radio/personnel/thibodeau.html).

Thursday night, following the 6 p.m. Weather Channel update on WLS, there was a gaff in which a live commercial or station liner was playing, and Mark Thibodeau's microphone was accidentally on and you can hear him saying "see you tomorrow" to somebody.
