You know the holidays are upon us when we can once again begin talking about a happy annual tradition: The Dick Biondi Toy Drive is back! The 2009 Toy Drive will take place at the Stratford Square Mall in Bloomingdale (152 Stratford Square) on Friday, November 27th starting at 7:00am and going non-stop until 10:00pm, the whole time hosted by WLS's energizer bunny, Dick Biondi. He will broadcast live the entire day on 94.7 from the Sears court area on the lower level of the mall. As it happens each & every year Dick does these special shows, many surprise guests will be making appearences with him on the air all day long. Dick Biondi & WLS-FM will be looking to collect new & unwrapped toys or cash donations for Uhlich Childrens Advantage Network of Chicago, who are looking to help brighten the holidays for some underprivileged kids this year.
