CBS News Series On 'Where America Stands' To Include Radio

A multimedia series of reports by CBS NEWS on the state of the nation will air on CBS RADIO NEWS as well as on television and CBSNEWS.COM. "CBS REPORTS: WHERE AMERICA STANDS" will provide material for the radio newscasts, several CBS TV news shows, and the online service.
"Our expectations for the future, our sense of AMERICA's place in the world, even our national priorities all seem in flux," said CBS NEWS AND SPORTS Pres. SEAN MCMANUS. "We want to provide our viewers with a report card on AMERICA through compelling stories across all CBS NEWS platforms and broadcasts that will present honest assessments of areas with the greatest impact on our individual lives as well as our national preparedness."
The series is set to launch in JANUARY.
