I deal with WRTO on a weekly basis involving a program I handle with them. As far as I know, the station has not gone ahead with raising their power to 20,000 watts directional during the day. The power change would involve moving their antenna farm from 103rd and Woodlawn in Chicago to 127th St. east of Western Avenue in Blue Island. As far as I know, the whole thing has been put on hold.
