Steve Fisher was hired as the new Fresh morning man weeks ago. My understanding was that they were going to wait until after the first of the year to officially start him, though. Between Steve just having twins a few weeks ago and WLIT dominating the market for the next 6 weeks, it made sense to hold off. Apparently, it was decided to go ahead and start today instead.
Steve Fisher is another old friend of Bill Gamble's from his last stint in Chicago. This is by no means a surprise and this has been the plan since Bill Gamble came back to town.
It does not say this on the WCFS website, but here is the new Fresh line-up:
5:00am-10:00am: Steve Fisher
10:00am-3:00pm: Rick Hall
3:00pm-8:00pm: Roxanne Steele
