The owners of WNIB bought 96.9 WKZN-FM Zion and AM 1500 WKZN Zion, and simulcast WNIB's classical music on all 3 stations. The call letters of the Zion stations were changed to WNIZ-FM and WNIZ respectively.

Respctfully, your description above is NOT "sharing time." It's "rebroadcasating."

Sharing a FREQUENCY within the same geography is sharing time.
