While I can't say Emmis has their act together at all, in their defense their last 2 high priced morning men didn't have THEIR best interests in mind. Mancow wanted national syndication and Brandmeier clearly wants TV. Emmis needs talent focused on delivering results for EMMIS RADIO CHICAGO. That said, Emmis has had their heads up their asses for some time now.
