ALL ACCESS ears in CHICAGO are telling us JIM SMITH, aka "JUKE BOX JIMMY" -- who many would argue was the greatest MD in the history of WLS, is this close to inking a deal to do the music for the BIG 89 REWIND coming to WLS this MEMORIAL DAY weekend.
