Ed Sherman wrote that the Trib may be interested in Jason Whitlock (now at the Kansas City Star) for replacing Rick Morrissey... Interesting how Jerry Agar, at the start of Steve Cochran's show yesterday on WGN-AM, was talking to David Kaplan about a Tigers Woods game and mentioned a column by Whitlock. In doing so, he told a story how Whitlock was in studio at WGN (not with him, but Agar was in the hall), and Whitlock was talking bad about the station on air, and someone from the Trib came down and threw him out.
