Here's a few things Lewis Lazare didn't mention about Friday's Radiothon:

- WBBM-AM raised $135,000 during their Radiothon last year at the 13th Annual Radiothon.

- The Radiothon will be from 5:00am until Midnight on AM 780.

- The Radiothon's goal is to raise money to feed needy Chicago area residents and educate them, as well. It also seeks to build awareness about the hunger problem that quietly affects so many.

- The Chicago Anti-Hunger Federation could still use some volunteers to help answer the phones. To join the CAHF staff and the WBBM-AM personalities as a volunteer for Friday, call Hermese Bryant at 773-252-3663 ext.107 or email Hermese at radiothon09(at)antihunger.org.

- Here is the location where the Radiothon will be broadcasting from on Friday:
