i can't help but love when WGCY 106.3 gibson city flips to christmas music. it's one of the last remaining mom-and-pop "beautiful music" (i call it "dad music") stations and it reminds me of the way the old WAJP in Joliet used to sound at christmastime. lots of cheesy instrumentals and obscure stuff they don't play on the big stations. usually you can pick it up south of i-80 in your car. anywhere north of dwight, however, the signal starts getting fuzzed by soul 106. they do stream onine.
