We used to call him Bubba at WJEZ/WJJD, and I'm not really sure who started that (maybe Closet Carol in Accounting). That used to tickle me to death because he seemed to be anything but a "Bubba".

Truly one of radio's decent human beings. Always a smile and a chuckle, someone who would offer help.

If you knew him, you were blessed.
