Fact #1: As the year draws to a close, WIND is removing all traces of Cisco Cotto from its properties.
Fact #2: WLS/Citadel's 2010 budget starts in less than 3 days.
Fun Fact: Look for WLS to formally announce Cisco Cotto's return to the Big 89 right after the first of the year, with him taking to the airwaves as soon as Monday.
