Charlie did ask Mel what the deal was on the money, and got this almost Obama-esque "stimulus jobs were created" answer on how costs were out of control before Mel merged Sirius and XM and basically killed half the channels, half the people, and a lot of the creativity.

Mel is one of those people who will not admit that the problem is debt service -- and not product. Just like Farid.
