You don't see this often, actually I think this is only the second time I've seen this happen

Scanning the dial using an HD Radio I stopped at WUSN. The analog? Off the air. No WUSN

HOWEVER the HD light starts flickering and it goes into HD as normal (with HD-2 and HD-3) without the analog.

Its known IBOC can operate without analog but its not something that's seen.

Interesting look into the future though, if radio did an analog shutoff it would be something like this.
