These two channels deserve a lot of respect for the shows they air. These channels have succeeded in bringing back old tv shows and presenting them with dignity. The shows that air are in many cases the original network versions, not the syndicated versions.
For example, The Andy Griffith Show is presented in it's entirety. The black & white shows are complete, down to the old CBS logo at the end. On Me-Too, the same goes for the airings of Route 66. The show is presented complete with the CBS logo at the end.
Other channels like TV Land have butchered the shows they air to include as many commercials as they can cram in a half hour. Many of the shows on TV Land have electronic credits at the end, not the original ones.
For all the fans of old tv shows out there, let's hope Me-TV and Me-Too remain as our local treasure trove to the tv shows of the past.
