Emmis to launch a sports station on FM next year?

According to Ed Sherman of the Chicago Tribune blog today Emmis may be looking at launching FM Sports Station anchored by the Chicago White Sox. Interesting scenario. Would Emmis really do this?, and would it be extremely expensive. Would it be Q101 or the Loop? Lots of questions on this latest tidbit.
