What's XXFM-FM?

Does anyone have any idea what XXFM-FM is? I know this sounds weird, but those call letters show up in the PPM Analysis Tool and Tapscan for the April 2009 survey with a 12+ cume of 41,800 M-Su 6a-12m.

It may be related to WLFM because PPM Analysis Tool shows the format at country, which was that station's format before smooth jazz.

Any help would be appreciated.
