: How do I go about getting concert tickets, on your show; in 2012 starrin Sade In Concert? : : ------------------------------------------------- : : : : 6/1/10 : : Tom Joyner expands reach, adds Soul 106 to Power 92 : : : : A little more than 13 months after buying his way back onto Chicago airwaves in a deal with Crawford Broadcasting's WSRB-FM/WYRB-FM 106.3 , Tom Joyner is expanding his reach locally with an agreement to simulcast his morning program over Crawford's WPWX-FM 92.3 as of Wednesday. : : "Finally listeners don't have to drive with their computers to hear us when they leave the South Side," Joyner said in a statement Tuesday, acknowledging his reach will expand within the Chicago and Northwest Indiana market. : : : : Joyner's nationally syndicated program landed with Crawford here in the city where his career took flight in the 1970s in late April 2009. That was about a month after Clear Channel abruptly bounced him WVAZ-FM 102.7, his radio home in Chicago since 1996, in favor of moving Steve Harvey's national show over from WGCI-FM 107.5. : : With Joyner's show doubling up on Power 92 in addition to Soul 106 from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m., Crawford will move current WSRB-FM morning man Shannon "Trey the Choklit Jok" Brazier to 9 a.m. to noon. Other shortened shifts will include Shawn Knight from noon to 3 p.m. and Sam Sylk from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
