Another Clear Channel name joins Tribune

Knock us over with a rolled-up newspaper -- Jeff Kapugi has resurfaced in his hometown of Chicago as -- surprise -- a new employee of the Tribune Company!

We're as shocked as you are ... Kapugi, who recently stepped down as PD of Clear Channel CHR/top 40 WIHT (Hot 99.5)/Washington and OM of CC/D.C.-Baltimore, has joined Tribune Interactive as VP of Content for TI/Chicago.

The move reunites him with a bunch of his former Clear Channel and Jacor pals, including Tribune Interactive president Marc Chase. Stand by for the official announcement with pithy quotes and stuff.
