putting aside my feelings that newsweb is run by a bunch of idiots and they should have been able to save the "nine" format, what's most wierd to me about this is how backwards it seems. why not talk to the dance factory dude and renegotiate to have his programming on throughout the day? then when the AM signs off at night, have the FM/web takeover the progressive talk.
