9FM is back, WKIF Goes NINE-FM!

Did any one hear WKIF (Kankakee) switch away from the the dreadful CNN Headline News to resurrect NINE-FM, WE PLAY ANYTHING on Friday AM?

It sounds like a whole bunch of people down there rang the Newsweb phones of the hook about loosing the format in a town lacking anything more than a classic hits format worth listening.
