clear channel has what they call a "talent tracker." this excel document was given to every pd to determine their talents worth on a scoring basis to determine who can voice track multiple markets and multiple formats. you're going to see clear channel turn into what it was in early 2000. a small group of jocks voice tracking a bunch of markets for an extra 5k a year.
