K-LOVE's New Translator

K-LOVE has a translator, W248BB broadcasting with 3 watts, from The Sears Tower on 97.5. Why do they
need this? They have a CP to upgrade WJKL. I only noticed it because it was bleeding out my I-Pod when
I got close to downtown.
