I can't really see this being possible. Who ownes the 87.7FM frequency in Chicago? What does Venture own in Chicago? See below

Mega Media Group, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Lease Frequencies Covering Los Angeles and Chicago
NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 9, 2009 -- Mega Media Group, Inc. (OTC BB:MMDA.OB - News) (www.megamediagroup.com) announced that it has signed letters of Intent to lease frequencies from Venture Technologies Group, LLC., serving the Los Angeles and Chicago markets. Formal air lease agreements have to be agreed to and executed by both parties by March 31, 2009 with programming to commence on June 1, 2009.

Commenting on the announcement, Alex Shvarts, CEO of Mega Media Group, stated, "Los Angeles and Chicago would be ideal for the expansion of Pulse 87 and make us a national radio brand covering the 3 top billing markets which generate in excess of $1.8 billion dollars of advertising revenue a year."
