Dude it's so funny you mention this. I had a similar thing happen to me a few years ago. Only difference was the guy was not my manager, just a co-worker. We were out for drinks, chattin' it up and all of a sudden his hand is on my leg. I was like WHOAAAAAAAAAAA and quickly changed the conversation to me needing to get home. Unfortunately he was driving. He dropped me off at home and as I was getting out of the car he goes "Wait, so we're not going to continue talking? I was having a good time? I can't come in even for a little bit???" I was like nah man I need to call it a night, I'm hella tired. I felt so dirty (I'm straight) but at the same time I felt bad for feeling dirty because people can't help what they're born to be attracted to.
Needless to say, we never spoke of it again and he never tried anything like that again. I think he was probably more embarassed it happened than I was. I just wanted to share with you my experience so you know you're not alone, and that there is definite potential for you to move on from this without bringing in the big dogs upstairs in H.R.
