Are You A Connected Radio Or News Producer?
Are you a news, pop culture, and information junkie, with broadcasting experience?
We are looking for an individual with experience in producing News, Talk, and Personality Radio in Chicago.
The individual we are seeking must be able conceive ideas for topics, interviews, weekly segments, and lifestyle issues on a fast paced morning show, targeting affluent and educated residents of the South and West side of Chicago, Chicago suburbs, and North West Indiana.
The candidate for this position must be able to work in a fast paced ever changing environment and be able to make decisions on the fly. You should also have experience with working on a personality based major market radio show.
The person we choose to join our team will understand team work and be willing to work extremely hard in developing a new morning show in the market.
We are looking for a producer who has a rolodex of the players in Chicago. People like State Reps, congressmen and women, and aldermen. You should have connections with different departments in the city of Chicago, including community activists, celebrities, local and national. We are looking for somebody who has established contacts with local and national PR companies and publicists.
